Is there a dress code?
Not really, but you’re encouraged to rock your best floral shirt on Fridays.

Do you have vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options?
All of the above! Our menu is quite varied and can accommodate a number of diets. Please speak with your server about which menu items are vegan/vegetarian/gluten free or to ask questions about modifications.

Can I make a reservation?
Yes! Please visit our Reservations page on information on how to make brunch or dinner reservations for up to 11 people through our Resy portal. Please note, depending on the day, a deposit may be required for larger parties. If you’re interested in planning a private event, please visit our Events page and fill out the inquiry form.

What kind of music do you play?
All sorts of stuff, but we have live music on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Keep updated on our Instagram page for upcoming musical events.

I lost something at the bar. How can I get it back?
Lost items happen all the time. If you left something behind, feel free to give us a call the day after. We don’t always have someone in the office to take your call, so you can also send an email to team@fernsnyc.com with the item’s description (as specific as you can be) and your contact info. We’ll search high and low for it.

Can I throw a party here?
Yes, absolutely! We have a private basement that can accommodate parties of up to 50 people. We can also host smaller events as well, anything from birthdays to engagements to bridal showers or your Thursday night “Just Because” party. Just visit our events page and fill out the inquiry form.

Should I know anything else?
Sure! We love making new friends, so don’t be afraid to chat up your server. We love all types of people here. If you come here often, try something new next time you stop by. If there’s a line at the bathroom upstairs, you can try the ones downstairs.

Do you have Happy Hour?
We have Happy Hour everyday except Saturdays from 4-7pm. We’ve got specials on both drinks and food.

What’s the difference between the Patio, the Bar Room, and the Dining Room?
The Patio includes all of our outdoor seating on both of our covered outdoor patios. Bar Room seating includes all the tables in the vicinity of our upstairs bar, and includes low tables and high tops. It’s a cool and casual vibe up there. The Dining Room is our back seating area with booths and low tables, perfect for more cozy and intimate dining.
